The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.

Cancellation and Refund
6-Month Money-Back Promise: finish six continuous months on-plan as prescribed with logged start and six-month weights, and if you have not lost weight Trimi refunds the plan fees paid. No refund for stopping early or for dissatisfaction alone. Full refund before a clinician issues the prescription, no refund after. Turning off renewal finishes the full current term with no prorated refund, and a later price drop earns no refund or early switch. Medically ineligible patients receive a full refund. Damaged deliveries: 24-hour window with photo. Refunds reviewed in 2-4 business days, issued in 5-10.
