Compliance
The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancel through your account or patient portal, by emailing support@taketrava.com or by calling 855-872-8279: an initial order before the doctor writes the prescription, a refill at least 48 hours before the next order goes to the pharmacy. Refills can be paused in the patient portal.
