The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.
Cancellation and Refund
$99 admin fee on pre-consultation cancellation. Once consultation completed, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable per FDA. Early cancellation before 3-month term incurs full retail monthly remaining commitment fee. $150 medication-change reprocessing fee. $199 chargeback fee.
