Compliance
The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.
General
Per the clinic terms a $50 initial visit fee may apply and is waived if no prescription is issued, and a separate $50 fee may apply for a late or missed appointment with one free reschedule. Lab monitoring and follow-up visits are required to remain on treatment.
