The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.

Lab work is not required to join, though ReflexMD's doctors encourage labs every 3 to 6 months.
HSA and FSA cards are not accepted at checkout, but ReflexMD says the service is eligible for HSA, FSA and HRA reimbursement.
