Compliance
The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.
Cancellation and Refund
Medication is not shipped automatically. Each refill needs you to complete a reorder intake in your account, and a provider may review updated information before the next prescription is approved. An order can be cancelled for a refund before the pharmacy processes it. After that, a refund equals what you paid minus the recalculated price of medication already received or sent to the pharmacy.
