Compliance
The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancel at least 48 business hours before the next order processes. A processed order cannot be refunded or cancelled, and cancelling a 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid plan early means paying the difference between the promotional and full price.
