LifeMD is a publicly traded telehealth company (NASDAQ: LFMD). Care is delivered by LifeMD Affiliated P.C.s, an affiliated 50-state medical group, with lab partners Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp.
General
LifeMD+ general membership ($19 per month, included with the weight-management program) provides 24/7 access, video visits at $49-$50 cash, message-based consults at $19-$20, prescription services, and discounted lab testing.
Medicare Part D members may qualify for the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge through LifeMD, a temporary Medicare program with a $50 monthly medication copay for Wegovy (pen and pill), Zepbound KwikPen and Foundayo.
In select states LifeMD accepts certain commercial insurance plans, and Medicare for select services, toward the program itself, and it lists weight care from $29 a month with insurance.
Medication is billed separately from the program fee. An insurance concierge checks medication coverage and handles prior authorization, with a reported average copay of $0-$25 for covered patients.
NY, NJ and RI residents are billed by the lab directly.
