The FDA resolved the semaglutide shortage on April 22, 2025. Compounding is permitted only for individually identified patients when a prescribing practitioner determines that the compounded preparation produces a significant difference for their patient compared to the FDA-approved product.

In most states no video visit is required, but KS, LA, MS, NM, and WV require a brief video or audio visit before treatment.
Cancellation and Refund
